• I WILL post any art on my social media, since I was the one that have copyrights to the actual picture. Prepare for that!

YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO:

• Change, modify, trace, or use my works without permission

• Reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money off it in any way)

• Take credit for the art

• remove ANY watermarks or signatures

• I DO NOT accept any requests or trades right now. If you continually try to make me accept either, it WILL be considered harrassment!

GENERAL TERMS

• Please write in a clear and nice manner

• You certify that you are of legal age and/or have parent's permission to purchase the commission

• Provide accurate and clear references

• Commissions are first come, first serve!

• Any ill behavior WILL NOT be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs

• I have the right to decline ANY commission!

PAYMENT

• My current acceptable payment methods are PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App.

• I only use invoices with PayPal. Any other kind of money sent to PayPal (like my PayPal.me) will be considered a generous donation!

• If you file a chargeback against me on PayPal, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers! Also note that you will be blocked and you wn't be able to purchase anything from me (commissions or adopts) anymore. Your name and info WILL be publicy posted everywhere for others to watch out!

• You certify that you are of legal age or have parent's permission to use the social media and any payment platforms used with the commission

• Do not send ANY kind of payment until I have confirmed that I have accepted your commission. Any payment sent before WILL be considered a generous donation

• Tips/Donations to places like Ko-fi and my paypal.me are separate from commission payments and do not count towards commission payment.

• Extra characters in the same picture cost 50% of base price each!

• I have a 50/50 Payment Process. This means that 50% of the total must be charged upfront to start the commission. I WILL NOT start the WIP until the first 50% payment is processed.

• The second 50% is made after the Line Art WIP is sent through and before coloring. I WILL NOT start the coloring and final until the second 50% payment is processed

CHANGES

​

• File dimensions can be changed. My default is 1080x1080 with 300 ppi. If you want it different, please let me know during the WIP stage!

WAITING TIMES

• Waiting times are all dependent on speed of communication, payment processing, decision making, and other factors

• WIPs can take up to 1-4 days

• Final piece can take 2-7 days

• The maximum waiting time can be up to 2 weeks, depending on what is happening in my life and the above factors

• Waiting can take longer if there are people in front of you in line! I will let the client know how many customers are in front of you

• I do not do commissions if I have announced it ahead of time with family visits, medical emergencies, etc. So, PLEASE be patient!

REFUNDS

• Refunds can ONLY be issued with the 1st 50% payment

• If you request a refund, the whole transaction/commission ends. Just like everyone else, you will have to start over and have to pay the 1st 50% payment again to start the process again

• The second 50% will NOT be refunded!

• Once the final file is given to you, you will automatically be opted out of a refund chance!!

• Customers abusing the refund system and wanting refunds over and over will not be tolerated. I WILL issue a warning if this happens. If you don't listen, communication will be halted and blocking will occur!

WIP (Work in Progress)

• WIPs are not started or given under any circumstances until the 1st 50% payment is processed

• A WIP sketch will be issued after the 1st 50% payment

• see the "Changes" section above for any WIP changes

• I will be showing the WIP sketches, line art, base colors, and the final on social media

• ALL WIPs and finals will be watermarked (a small signature watermark). Watermarks CANNOT be removed under any circumstances!

• I will probably have questions during the process, including the WIP process. If I have any questions, I will contact you.

DO'S AND DON'TS 

• I have the right to refuse and force concellation for your commission! Please don't violate my TOS!

• I will have small changes in my art style over time. As an artist, my art is constantly evolving, so there might be slight differences between my gallery examples and the illustration you will receive (such as line art style, coloring method, etc)

• I will follow the "What I can/cannot Draw" for commissions. No exceptions will be tolerated!

• Please communicate and ask anything about the art, designs, ideas, details, etc.

• You are allowed to post the commission on social media only if you credit me!

• DO NOT change, modify, trace, or use my work without permission!

• DO NOT reproduce the copyrighted artwork in any way for selling!

• DO NOT take credit for the work!

• DO NOT remove any watermarks!

• DO NOT be rude, insulting, offensive, belligerent, racist, sexist, etc in any way. I WILL NOT tolerate such behavior and I will cancel the commission (or not even start it)!

• I will not give any original files such as .psd files. Only the WIP .png and final .png will be given!

• You CAN request for  JPEG instead of PNG. Keep in mind that JPEG compresses and that JPEG normally doesn't support transparent backgrounds anywhere (it turns it white or black usually). JPEGs can also result in quality decrease, so keep that in mind too!

• Please give me a CLEAR reference. Otherwise, I will miss both minor and major details!
